Wordmaster is an addicting anagram game where the object is to form as many real words as possible based on a scrambled 6-letter word.
With a massive dictionary of 30,000 words from the Official Tournament and Club Word List, over 15,000 possible puzzles await you.
The goal of Wordmaster is to help the player learn new words and eventually master the English vocabulary. To this end, Wordmaster gives you two ways to win each round: solve one of the 6-letter words or solve at least 50% of all words in the round.

Update 1/6/23: Hands down my favorite app. But, I think it's time to look for another anagram game. The appearance in the new update (disappearing words, super-large font, missing words) makes this less desirable to play. I'm changing my rating to a 2; that's only because I really like the game (especially not being pressured to interact with ads).

Until recently, this was a challenging and enjoyable game. Perhaps a week ago there began the intrusion of ad popups after a game was finished trying to get you to download other games. It can't be stopped or x'd out for about 30". The only option is to close out the app. It is so annoying that the only option is to delete the app and find another word game.

Used to be a favorite but a new update (as of 2023-01-03) inserts ads in between every-single-game. The ads themselves are unskippable for 5-8 seconds, and the close button changes location every couple of ads, so muscle memory to close them goes out the window. Touch anywhere on the ad aside from the close button and now you're in the Play store and have to navigate back. I'm all for making some ad revenue off of a free app, but this is ridiculous.
